Norwalk City Community Service Committee met to approve three funding authorizations — training with Education Development Center, a $147,000 contribution to Carver Foundation for two affordable summer enrichment camps, and $20,000 to the Norwalk Partnership (Positive Directions) — and to hold a staff panel updating the council on youth services, early childhood supports and health department programs.
