The Satellite Beach Planning Advisory Board met Dec. 1 to consider a conditional use permit for an indoor immersive art gallery at 1296 Highway A1A and to vote on amendments to a planned-unit development (PUD) for Silicon Coast North that prohibit overhead pedestrian bridges and set hotel parking minimums. The board recommended approval of both items and approved minutes from the Oct. 20 meeting before adjourning.
