The San Carlos City Council met June 9 to adopt a proclamation for Mosquito Control Awareness Week, hear a presentation and community Q&A on the 50% design for Harrington Park and the 700 block of Laurel Street, adopt the biennial budget, and approve Phase 1A (Harrington Park) design and plans-specs-notice for construction. The council voted to move forward with Harrington Park (Phase 1A) and approved the budget and reserve reclassifications.
