Davenport City Council committee-of-the-whole met March 18, 2026. Council conducted multiple public hearings (CDBG allocations and several street reconstruction projects), advanced several Palmer College land-use and rezoning items, approved numerous public works contracts and agreements (about $4.6 million in road projects noted), set a bond sale date and heard public comment on neighborhood cleanup and a youth program proposal.
