At its May 5, 2025 meeting at Altoona City Hall, the City of Altoona Council approved preliminary and final plats for LPL Plat 2, amended an intergovernmental 28E agreement with the Greater Des Moines CVB, denied two resident fee-waiver requests, approved consent-agenda financial items including pay applications and set several public hearings, and heard department-head updates.
