City council heard a Visit Brainard presentation on a planned rebrand, preliminary 2026 budget and options for a visitor-economy data tool; approved a large consent agenda including a conditional-use permit for an accessory apartment; and agreed to pursue an independent third-party review of the proposed 371 overpass design with a capped budget for the review.
