Dripping Springs City Council and Board of Adjustment met April 7, 2026. The Board of Adjustment heard a variance request for a pergola at 613 Hazy Hills Loop and referred it back to Planning & Zoning; council approved a $75,000 credit to a developer for past permit fees, adopted a limited Founders Day political-expression policy for vendor booths, approved a TDS rate adjustment effective July 1, 2026, amended the FY25–26 budget to fund an in-house server and Founders Park work, and appointed a utilities director.
