A representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain, speaking as president of the United Nations Security Council, expressed regret that a draft resolution addressing attacks and obstruction in the Strait of Hormuz was not adopted, said Iran pplied unlawful measures against civilian and commercial shipping, and pledged to redraft the text and intensify diplomatic efforts.
