At its Dec. 3, 2024 regular meeting in Scotland, Conn., the Scotland Board of Education elected new officers, approved routine minutes and financial reports, agreed to a $1,800 policies audit with CABE, set its 2025 meeting calendar (changing start time to 6:30 p.m.), and heard a superintendent report that the draft 2025 budget may reduce two teaching positions because of declining enrollment.
