The Bend Transportation Safety Action Plan Project Advisory Committee reviewed five years of crash data (2019–2023), identified emphasis areas including young drivers, nighttime conditions and impairment, reviewed a top-1% network of intersections/segments for focused safety work, and launched community engagement (online open house through May 15 plus in-person events).
