The Bloomington Redevelopment Commission met April 6, 2026. Commissioners approved routine registers, moved and approved three resolutions (2622, 2624, 2625) and discussed the Hopewell South PUD’s reasonable conditions and timing risks, deciding to pause moving the primary plat to the May Plan Commission. Commissioners also heard staff reports on the Fourth Street parking garage and the nearing completion of the B-Line Trail project.
