The Design Advisory Board (DAB) reviewed the 2801 J Road proposal, an annexed 4.6-acre RMX2 project proposing 82 for‑sale homes including 33 permanently restricted middle‑income units. Board members raised design and circulation concerns — especially west‑edge unit orientation and a detention pond on the primary frontage — and asked the applicant to reconsider unit entries, parking/alleys and detention siting before Planning Board review.
