Duplin County Schools board held its Nov. 6 business session: auditors presented the 2024–25 draft fiscal audit showing a stable fund balance and a profitable child nutrition fund; the board administered an oath for the new superintendent, approved personnel recommendations and 2025–26 school improvement plans, and recessed into executive session for personnel and school-safety matters.
