The Fresno County Board of Supervisors on April 7 recognized longtime county employees and community groups, advanced proposed updates to the county biosolids ordinance that would bar land application of reduced human remains in unincorporated areas, approved revised remote public comment rules, held a first hearing on a proposed transient occupancy tax and recognized a new fire chief.
