Senate Judiciary Committee heard a long docket of bills including proposed changes to restitution enforcement, judicial performance evaluations, natural organic reduction (human composting), towing fee transparency and license suspensions, and other bills; witnesses, agency staff and advocates testified and several votes/referrals were taken.
