Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District held a study session on Nov. 19, 2025, where staff presented recognition for a retiring senior-services coordinator, mansion operations data, and several routine personnel and contract items that were placed on the Nov. 25 consent agenda. Board members received updates on a Douglas County park project (the “Zebulon” project) and local services including Link on Demand transit.
