The Senate Corrections and Criminal Law committee considered multiple criminal-justice bills including measures on telecom-equipment resale (SB271), a mask-related sentencing aggravator (SB160), preventive-detention implementing language (SB2/SJR1), a broad criminal-law package (SB252), OWI/vehicle-law modernization (SB251), redaction of children's names in court records (SB246) and Aubrey's Law (SB9); most bills were advanced, several unanimously.
