The council continued a contested assisted‑living/ housing item to March 17 after extensive public comment, approved a new expedited process authorizing the City Attorney to join amicus briefs and initiate federal litigation, accepted the FY2024 annual comprehensive financial report (clean audit), and adopted the Development Impact Fees annual report and related appropriations and loan repayment.
