At the July 17, 2025 Harrison Township Planning Commission meeting, Township Planner Adam Young reviewed proposed zoning ordinance amendments including a ban on short-term rentals, a new residential clustering option, lot-size adjustments in R1-C and R1-D, and limits on adult foster care small group homes; members offered minor suggested edits and a resident voiced opposition to low-income housing and short-term rentals.
