The Kansas Corporation Commission met April 9 to approve a 10-item consent agenda and three noticed orders: (1) an order finding an operator responsible for 65 wells with a penalty order held in abatement, (2) approval of a siting permit and unanimous settlement for Evergy's ~15-mile transmission line with added landowner protections, and (3) a prima facie finding in a complaint alleging Kansas Gas Service overbilled a Manhattan fraternity.
