Steering committee members reviewed working-group updates and advanced several proposed charter amendment directives — including budget guidance language, election-timing changes, departmental organization, mayoral succession language and updates to notice-of-defect procedures — and scheduled the full commission meeting in Ithaca City Hall for April (public comment will be included).
