The Greenland Zoning Board of Adjustment on June 17, 2025 approved two variance requests: one to allow development of a landlocked lot at 130 Tuttle Lane using a recorded 50-foot easement, and a second to subdivide two condominium units at 11 and 15 Birch Point into separate lots with reduced frontage to resolve dock and ownership issues.
