The Nashville City Council convened in a special session and moved into a closed session to consult with legal counsel about anticipated litigation related to January flooding; staff said about 115 potential claims exist and that claim documents will be posted to the City Clerk's public records for the Aug. 20, 2024 meeting. The council reconvened and said it would report out at the end of the meeting before adjourning.
