The borough board approved Veolia Water New Jersey Inc.'s plan to replace temporary PFOS treatment at its New Street site with a permanent ion-exchange system, add a pump station and emergency generator, and remove the old water treatment plant, subject to conditions including generator specifications, limited maintenance testing hours, removal of shipping containers, and landscaping/restoration work.
