The Oswego Planning & Zoning Commission held a lengthy meeting with multiple public hearings on proposed water receiving stations, commercial permits and several large residential developments. The panel recommended denial of a proposed gas station at Plainfield and Woolley after extensive public comment and voted to recommend approvals or forward recommendations for several other PUDs and special-use requests.
