Altoona City Council met Dec. 2, 2024. Under Mayor Pro Tem Boka, the council approved a development agreement for 200 2nd Street LLC, adopted an amended FY2025 budget that moved several planned FY2024 projects into FY2025 (including a $1.68M fiber project and a $1.52M stormwater payment), approved the Stonebridge Plat 2 final plat, passed routine consent items and pay applications, accepted department updates, and adjourned.
