At the Jan. 27, 2026 Roswell committee meeting staff recommended partial dredging-assistance funding for two homeowners associations (Nesbitt Lakes and Chickering Lake) and the committee voted to forward both applications to the full mayor and council with a recommended 20% reimbursement and a budget amendment to be identified. The committee also approved a not-to-exceed $875,000 contract for right-of-way acquisition services for the Green Street Mobility project.
