The Harriman City Council met to handle routine business, hear reports on storm damage and HB Fiber expansion, and consider several contracts and ordinances including a first reading of a video-arcade ordinance; the council approved contracts for sinkhole repairs, delinquent-collection services and a paving contract and set public hearings for rezoning and the arcade ordinance.
