Hermantown City Council approved a package of actions to terminate prior Hawk Line development agreements, authorize a new cooperative agreement with St. Louis County, amend engineering services and approve a new development contract; council also approved routine consent items including warrants and a pay request for North Star Ford Arena and donated surplus fitness equipment to local youth hockey.
