At the March 3, 2026 Henefer Town Council meeting the council approved two business licenses, authorized a move to the Caselle utility payment system, set a May 15 start for secondary (irrigation) water with related customer notices and parts sales, discussed cemetery expansion needs, and went into closed session to address pending litigation and overdue utility billing and reduced-rate policy.
