At its Feb. 11, 2026 meeting the Shiawassee County Board of Commissioners approved a settlement in two pending lawsuits, adopted a Brownfield Plan for the Jaedyn’s Way development in the Village of Morrice under Act 381, and approved routine county business including $6.89 million in payments, a zoning map amendment, the Youngs Drain assessment payment, vehicle purchase, appointments and several staffing refills.
