At the April meeting of the Warrick County Area Planning Commission, members gave final approval to a 154.95-acre primary plat for Oakland Holdings LLC with conditions for future fire protection; they also voted to allow public schools and churches to apply for SU-8 electronic message boards in any zoning district and set a 32-square-foot cap for such signs in noncommercial districts. Staff announced a floodplain permitting audit scheduled for May 12.
