City council received updates and approved several routine purchases and personnel resolutions, including an automated license-plate reader (ALPR) pilot update, fire department performance measures and equipment planning, park signage purchase, a vehicle chassis purchase with an amended funding split, and inclusion of a part-time firefighter in the police-and-fire pension plan.
