Sagadahoc County commissioners heard budget presentations from the local Soil & Water Conservation District, the Midcoast Council of Governments and the University of Maine Cooperative Extension; presenters requested continued or slightly increased funding and commissioners debated a policy on county support for outside nonprofits.
