At its April 13, 2026 meeting, the Bolivar City Council received an unqualified audit, discussed a long-running library funding/agreement dispute with Hardman County and agreed to send a new letter pressing for a signed operating agreement, approved a capital note for a grant-matched fire pumper truck and completed several routine votes including appointments, surplus sales and playground grant awards.
