Joint Fiscal Office staff updated the House Committee on Commerce & Economic Development on a contractor-led study (American Institutes for Research) charged by Act 73 to recommend how career and technical education (CTE) should be counted and funded under Vermont's new education finance formula; staff provided enrollment, tuition and governance data and noted the contractor's report is due to the General Assembly in December 2026.
