The Fullerton traffic commission held a special meeting to consider a petition to repeal the 2–5 a.m. early-morning parking restriction on the north side of Evergreen Avenue; staff recommended denial because the petition lacked the required property-owner support and commissioners voted to deny the exemption. The commission also approved minor minutes changes and staff announced the April meeting cancellation and a May CIP presentation.
