Dorchester County Council held a regular meeting with proclamations, board presentations and a legislative session during which several code changes converting violations to county infractions (with maximum fines up to $5,000) and zoning/property maintenance updates were approved. The council also formalized continuation of the Burial Site Preservation Board and heard a survivor's testimony for Endometriosis Awareness Month.
