The City of Fargo Board of Equalization received a presentation from the assessor about the 2026 reappraisal, heard more than a dozen in-person and online appeals challenging higher assessed values, then voted to move in-person appeals to pending status and to approve the remainder of the assessment roll; pending appeals will be revisited on May 12.
