Kosciusko County planning board heard a full slate of variance and exception petitions covering accessory buildings, lakeshore setbacks, a proposed excavation/recycling expansion and a request to convert a barn into an indoor youth training facility; the board approved most routine variances, continued the large Site Works/CNE recycling proposal for more technical review and set follow-up items for May 12.
