The Plan Commission held a meeting to hear two public-hearing variance requests: a variance to reduce minimum lot frontage for a 9-acre parcel at 225 South 1200 East, and a variance to allow a smart pergola to encroach into a side-yard setback at 16311 Canterwood Court. Both petitions were approved with staff conditions and findings of fact were adopted.
