The Kiwanis Regional Trail Authority met to approve routine minutes and invoices, vote to shift meeting frequency to quarterly, and discuss guidelines for permitting 5K and other organized events on the trail including safety, insurance and website accessibility requirements. The board approved invoices including a $3,003.74 invoice from the City of Adrian and directed staff to draft an events application and website updates.
