The Fairfield Board of Assessment Appeals met March 23, 2026 to hear dozens of residential tax appeals; homeowners and their representatives challenged town valuations on waterfront and inland properties, raised lot‑merging and algorithmic-appraisal concerns, and submitted appraisals and comps for the board to consider.
