Emery County Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed business license applications for a landfill and a birthing center, approved two minor subdivisions, heard a presentation on the Huntington Creek Solar Project and discussed a countywide solar ordinance and a public survey; several items were approved to forward to the County Commission or completed with unanimous votes.
