Pleasant Hill City Civic Action Commission met Feb. 4, 2026, to plan the 2026 summer concert series — approving a car show for Aug. 16, discussing sponsorship tiers and logistics, assigning volunteer and nonprofit outreach, and publishing an emergency weather plan. The commission also agreed to staff a booth for the city's Earth Day Off the Grid event (April 23), advanced an ordinance to increase commission seats from 9 to 11 for first reading Feb. 23, and elected Anthony Garcia as vice chair. Staff liaison Jeff announced his retirement.
