Waite Park City Council met Feb. 17, 2026, and approved the Sundial Drive improvement project after a public hearing, set a $50,000 minimum parkland fund balance, heard public comment and held action (no vote) on 23rd Avenue sewer/water assessments, and approved several administrative items including a fire chief job description calling for a four-year degree.
