The Yerington City Council met on Feb. 9, 2026. Council approved routine consent items, the Planning Commission annual report and a Public Works Emergency Response Plan; the council also heard a Bureau of Land Management update on federal NEPA changes and reviewed Master Plan Chapter 1 and several agenda items (ordinance on off-highway vehicles, legal services contract for water-rights work) that were included in the packet but not finalized.
