The City of Norton Planning Commission approved a final site plan for a metal equipment pavilion at Lake Park and conducted an extended discussion on draft data-center zoning rules, including small-vs-large distinctions, setbacks, water use and noise mitigation; staff will revise the draft and return for further review.
