Missoula County Public Schools trustees heard presentations from the Missoula Education Foundation and Janette Rankin Elementary, received extensive public comment on proposed changes to employee health insurance and on bullying policies, reviewed a draft MCPS properties plan that proposes sales/leases and an investment fund to address roughly $13 million in deferred maintenance, and approved expansion of early-literacy (Trailblazer) classrooms.
