At its April 14 meeting, the IURA Economic Development Committee reviewed city policy priorities including density targets, agreed unanimously to concur with neighborhood investment committee economic development allocations after staff reported modest increases to CDBG and HOME funding, advanced revisions to the density-district business loan program for stakeholder review, and entered executive session to discuss a proposed real-estate transaction.
